Temporarily9's past
At one time, there was a person born had been abandoned at birth, but was soon found by some nonjas storming the village in which he lived. The nonjas were very well-trained assasins, soldiers, and masters of stealth, and they had an odd taste for ramen noodles. They named his Temporarily9, since he was the ninth infant that they had found, and such infants are considered temporary recruits, as they often dies early. They then took him to their captain, and he was raised as a true nonja. As he grew older, he learned all there was to know about being a nonja. It was clear that he was the best in the nonja ranks at using computers and technology. He quickly sped through the ranks, and soon became a captain himself. One day, however, a ship transporting him and his personal army of nonjas sank in the middle of the ocean. All but him died, and he lost most of his memory. All that remained was his knowledge of computers, a vauge idea about some nonja army, a taste for top ramen, and a hat for ninjas.
The creation and theft of the inner sanctum computer
There was also another person who loved computers so much, he had changed his name to Qwertyuiop. He was incredibly good at using computers and programming them, ever better than Temporarily9. He built a very powerful supercomputer, known as the inner sanctum computer. It was called that because it was built into an incredibly strong room. This room was made of very thick solid steel, and had many hidden tricks and other things in its walls.
Temporarily9, after the boat sank and he lost his memory, was shipwrecked on the island that Qwertyuiop lived on. One day, he saw Qwertyuiop experimenting with his new supercomputer, and he decided that he would steal it and use it, since he was also very advanced in computer technology, although not as advanced as Qwertyuiop.
Qwertyuiop eventually left the supercomputer in the forest and went into his home, which was in a thriving village to the west. In the meantime, Temporarily9 walked into the inner sanctum computer. He added an incredibly complex security system, which was so complex that only two people in the world could break it: Temporarily9 and Qwertyuiop.
When Temporarily9 was done, he secretly activated the wheels hidden under the computer and drove it into a very dark, well hidden cave. There, he left it. He left with a smile on his face as his plan formed.
Qwertyuiop gets out of the way
In the morning, Qwertyuiop went into the forest to find his supercomputer gone. He figured that he must have simply forgotten where it was, and decided to build a super-powerful metal-detector to find it later. He want into the local restaurant in the village, where he met Temporarily9.
Temporarily9 said, "Hello, stranger. I need a little bit of help. I have been shipwrecked here, and I need a ride home."
Qwertyuiop replied, "I have a yacht you can use when we finish breakfast. I'll take you to the nearest real port, and from there you can easily take a ship home."
When the meal was over, Qwertyuiop led Temporarily9 onto his yacht and they set off into the ocean. When they were several miles from land, Temproarily9 took out a very large branch that he had grabbed the night he had hatched his plan. He crept up behind Qwertyuiop, who was driving the yacht, and hit him in the head hard enough to knock him unconscious. Temporarily9 drove the yacht up to the nearest deserted island and dropped him on it. He then began to travel back to what would become his new home.
The nonja base begins
When he arrived back on the island, all the villagers asked him why he had returned and where Qwertyuiop was. He told them all that there had been a storm and Qwertyuiop had been washed overboard, while he had barely escaped by going back to the island. The villagers were very suspicious of this story, but they mostly agreed that it was the only thing that could have happened.
Temporarily9 also said that Qwertyuiop had, eventually, decided that he should inherit all of his property, and produced some forged papers to prove it. As a result, he got Qwertyuiop's home, which was already made of solid steel and had an incredibly advanced security system installed. Qwertyuiop's house, Temporarily9 noticed, was mostly underground. His top floor was almost entirely security, with an elevator in the middle. On the second floor down, there was a nice cozy living room, with a TV and some pool tables, a kitchen, and a dining room. The third floor down seemed like some form of weapons storage area, although it had much more space than it needed.
Temporarily9 then began work on his new base. He filled the remaining area of the weapon storage room with bunks, and made sure he was armed with many of these weapons at all times, including various types of guns, swords, bows and arrows, and more strange and varying assortments of weapons.
The nonjas arrive
At this point, Temporarily9 realized that, if he was going to make any progress at all, he needed a loyal army. He didn't remember much from before he was shipwrecked, but he did remember something about a group of people known as nonjas. He knew that, if you paid them enough, they would never betray you. He went to the local bank in the village to check how much money Qwertyuiop had, and therefore how much he now had. When he heard the amount, he realized that he was going to have an army the size of which is beyond comprehension.
He took Qwertyuiop's yacht to the nearest port, and after a little asking around, he found the captains of the nonja armies. When he walked up to them and asked about where he could find nonjas, they took him into a back room and asked him how many he wanted. He showed them the money he had brought, and their eyes lit up. That day, he bought all of the nonja armies and their weapons, and transported them back to the island in a huge transport ship.
At first, only the most senior members got a bunk in the barracks, but as they worked away on the barracks, they eventually all managed to fit in. Likewise, it took time to build up the kitchen and dining room so they could feed several armies. They began to guard the base and protect it. The villagers were very suspicious now, but they could not take any legal action against them, as they had no evidence but all of the people who had suddenly come to the island.
The nonjas take over
As the nonjas were improving their barracks and dining quarters, they were also building a state-of-the-art prison. It had six cell blocks, and it was large enough to hold twice the number of people in the village. The prisoners, once there were some, would spend all of their time in their cells, which were said to be impossible to escape. Each cell had a very thick layer of solid concrete around it, and they could only be opened by someone who had the proper key and code.
Eventually, they finished it. In the middle of the night, the nonjas and their leader, Temporarily9, surrounded the building that contained the government of the village, as well as the homes of the government workers. In a single moment, at the signal of Temporarily9, they ran in, destroyed the government buildings, and captured all of the government workers. They became the first prisoners in the base.
What followed was a war, although when you think about it afterward it was more of a massacre. The nonjas outnumbered the villagers a hundred to one, were armed to the teeth, had been well-trained, and had strong organization and leadership, while the villagers were now leaderless, unarmed except for the occasional makeshift weapon, here completely untrained for combat, and were also very afraid. They were completely conquered before a week had passed. There were few people who were not captured.
Temporarily9's evil starts to truly reveal itself
Temporarily9 quickly became bored with simply imprisoning the villagers. He wanted more. He wanted them to suffer. As a result, he ordered his nonjas to build him a torture chamber of unimaginable proportions on the fourth floor down. They built it, and they left nothing out. It had every kind of torture imaginable. It had freezing pools and boiling pools. It had pits of acid and pits of lava. It had large cells full of spiders and large cells full of various sharp objects. It had cages, chains, ropes, nerve gas, and scary wooden chairs. In it's furthest depths, it had the research area, the purpose of which was known to Temporarily9 only. It was a true nightmare.
At this point, his base had gotten so complex that it needed some way to monitor and control things from a single, secure room. Finally he remembered the inner sanctum computer. He had his nonjas bury it a short distance from the elevator, at the height of the fifth level down, but some distance away from the elevator. He built a long, winding hallway from the elevator to the secure room that was now simply called the inner sanctum. He connected the inner sanctum to his entire base, so it could control every aspect from the thermostat to the torture devices to a total lockdown of the base. The computer could even transport food directly from the kitchen and check it for poison or other hazards on the way down. Now, he could monitor his entire base and control everything remotely.
Qwertyuiop returns
As Temporarily9 was raiding the village, a small family escaped on his yacht. However, on their way out, they saw a stream of smoke coming from a nearby desert island. They anchored near the island, and took a raft onto it. On the island, they found Qwertyuiop, who had somehow survived his time on them island. They took him onto the yacht, and took him back, secretly, to the island of the nonjas, as it was now known.
When he arrived, he was shocked at what Temporarily9 had done with the island. He secretly gathered a group of survivors of the takeover, and trained them. When they were ready, he prepared to attack the base. He first hid his very small group in the forest, then he got ready to sneak in. When the nonja guards were changing, they all stole some nonja uniforms and snuck into the base. Eventually, however, their disguise was revealed. There was a huge battle, as the nonja fighters were now well-trained, armed, and organized. Their leader was also a tactical genius. There was a long war fought, during which the yacht was destroyed, but eventually the nonjas captured Qwertyuiop.
A loss of hope... almost
With their leader gone, the nonja fighters went back into hiding. Temproarily9 had a new floor built in which to put Qwertyuiop and other high-risk prisoners. In it, the cells were remote control torture chambers in themselves, and they could only be opened from the inner sanctum. Temporarily9 put Qwertyuiop in the most secure of them. However, he also came to a realization. If Qwertyuiop had reached his inner sanctum, he would have had control of the entire base. This would have led to the easy defeat of Temporarily9, since he could just lock all the nonjas in the base and wait for them to run out of food. He added several laser sensors in the hallway between the inner sanctum and the elevator. Using his prisoners as test subjects, he found a frequency of flashing lights that would knock somebody out for a few hours. He installed there lights in the hallway, to be triggered by the lasers.
